Note 1: For WLISA members, the school email address is required for verification purposes.
If the domain of your school email address is not listed in the dropdown, replace that
domain with the generic one for your school. For example, if your email address is
abc1@math.student.uwaterloo.ca, enter this as "abc1" and select "@uwaterloo.ca" from the
dropdown, as abc1@uwaterloo.ca serves as an alias to abc1@math.student.uwaterloo.ca.
Note 2: For primary email addresses and for non-WLISA members, enter the one you use most frequently
(emails will be sent there).
Note 3: A local phone number is required to contact you if you sign up for rides.
